Maureen was extremely responsive and reliable. She was honest and frank about what I needed to do to make my property more marketable and was very helpful in practical ways-i.e. helping me to clean up for the photographer-I was almost ready! Her recommended sales strategy resulted in our achieving an excellent price for our home. She was also a "bulldog" in dealing with vendors in our house search and her advice kept us "on-task". She explained things clearly, in ways we could understand.
She also helped us to resolve an issue after the sale related to a problem with the roof-to our satisfaction and the purchaser.
